In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "gsc108" / "the Company" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to gsc108 and its affiliated entities operating the gsc108.asia platform.
• "Platform" means the gsc108.asia website, all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised pages, and any application or software made available by gsc108 from time to time.
• "Member" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Platform and whose registration has been accepted by the Company.
• "Account" means the personal account held by a Member on the Platform, through which all wagering, deposits, withdrawals, and communications with gsc108 are conducted.
• "Balance" means the real-money IDR funds held in a Member's Account, excluding any bonus funds that remain subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, cashback awards, or other incentive amounts credited to a Member's Account that are subject to specific wagering conditions before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process gsc108 applies to Members in accordance with applicable compliance standards.
• "IDR" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole base currency supported on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or the Company's internal risk policy.

Access to and use of the gsc108 Platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility criteria. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of them at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your Account remains open:

• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure.
• You are at least 21 years of age. gsc108 applies a stricter-than-statutory minimum age threshold of 21 (rather than 18) in recognition of the responsible gaming standards expected of a reputable international platform serving the Indonesian market.
• You are a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming are not expressly prohibited under local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether issued by gsc108 or by any third-party responsible gaming body to which gsc108 subscribes.
• You are not employed by or directly associated with gsc108, any of its affiliated companies, or any game studio, odds-data provider, or payment processor that supplies services to gsc108.
• You are not using the Platform in connection with any money-laundering, fraud, match-fixing, bonus-abuse scheme, or any other activity that is unlawful or contrary to these Terms.

To access real-money services on gsc108, you must register a Member Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

3.1 One Account Per Member

Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods but used by the same individual, from the same household, or from the same IP address — are strictly prohibited. gsc108 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and any balances or pending withdrawals within them may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide truthful, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and mobile phone number registered with an Indonesian carrier. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. gsc108 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated Account details provided by the Member.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use any automated login tool or script. gsc108 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as your own. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify gsc108 support immediately via email at [email protected].

3.4 Account Currency

All Account Balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on gsc108 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No multi-currency or foreign-currency accounts are available. You will not incur any currency conversion fees when transacting in IDR through your gsc108 Account.

4.1 Deposits

gsc108 accepts deposits in IDR via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallet). Deposits are credited to your Balance in real time for e-wallet transactions and within one to two minutes for bank transfer transactions, subject to standard interbank processing times. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet channels and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. gsc108 does not impose a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge its own transaction fees, for which gsc108 accepts no responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the gsc108 Account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified (see Clause 7) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account or bank account registered in your own name and matching the identity documents on file with gsc108.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 for e-wallets and Rp 100.000 for bank transfers.
• E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one to four hours, subject to the receiving bank's interbank settlement schedule.
• gsc108 does not charge a withdrawal processing fee. Any charges levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside gsc108's control.
• gsc108 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. During such checks, the withdrawal will be placed on hold and you will be notified.

4.3 Refused or Reversed Transactions

gsc108 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be withheld pending investigation, and gsc108 may disclose information to relevant authorities in accordance with its legal obligations.

gsc108 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any portion of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses expire within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit). Expired bonus funds and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, video poker, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Full contribution rate tables are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted stake per individual bet or spin is Rp 100.000 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit placed while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonus Abuse: gsc108 employs detection systems to identify coordinated bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering strategies, and other activities designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion. Members found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may have their Accounts suspended.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in your Account at any given time. You may not opt into a new promotion while an existing bonus remains subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements.

All bets and game rounds on gsc108 are governed by the individual product rules applicable to that market or game, which are accessible within the relevant section of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all products:

6.1 Sportsbook

gsc108's sportsbook covers pre-match and live in-play markets across BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, Piala AFF, and a wide range of other global sporting events. Supported bet types include outright winner, Asian handicap (voor bola — a traditional Indonesian handicap format), over/under, correct score, first goalscorer, and mix parlay accumulator bets. All odds are displayed in decimal format. In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, gsc108's settlement rules for that event type will apply, as published in the sportsbook help section.

6.2 Casino & Live Dealer

Casino and live dealer games are provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, PG Soft, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe. Each game is governed by its own paytable, RTP disclosure, and game rules, accessible from within the game interface. Live dealer game results are final once the round is closed by the dealer or system. No claim arising from an alleged misread of a game result will be accepted after the round has been closed and settled.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all bet types and game products. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interface at the time of placing a wager. gsc108 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Members based on risk-management considerations without prior notice.

6.4 Voided Bets

gsc108 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a pricing error, technical malfunction, or data-feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's Balance in full. gsc108 will not honour winnings resulting from manifestly erroneous odds that a reasonable person would have identified as an error.

gsc108 is committed to operating a safe, compliant, and fraud-free platform. As part of this commitment, all Members are required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their first withdrawal is approved. gsc108 may also request updated or additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance monitoring.

Accepted identity documents for Indonesian residents include:

• National Identity Card (KTP) — primary form of identification accepted for all Indonesian Members.
• Passport — accepted as an alternative to KTP for Members who hold a valid Indonesian or foreign passport.
• Proof of Payment Method — a screenshot or statement confirming that the bank account or e-wallet registered on gsc108 is held in your own name.

gsc108 processes KYC documentation securely. All documents are handled in accordance with the gsc108 Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law or the Company's regulatory obligations. KYC checks are typically completed within one to three business hours of document submission during WIB business hours.

gsc108 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We provide the following self-management tools, accessible through the Account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders that alert you after a specified period of continuous gameplay, encouraging you to take breaks.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from wagering for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months and will result in all marketing communications being suspended immediately.

All content on the gsc108 Platform — including but not limited to the gsc108 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of gsc108 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial wagering and gaming. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, scrape, mirror, or redistribute any content from the Platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any software component of the Platform;
• Use any automated tool, bot, spider, or script to access or interact with the Platform;
• Use the gsc108 name, logo, or branding in any commercial context without the Company's express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gsc108 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from wagering decisions made by the Member;
• Interruptions to or unavailability of the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, internet connectivity issues, third-party service failures, or force majeure events;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors, Indonesian interbank settlement systems, or e-wallet providers;
• Losses arising from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of how they arise.

gsc108's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gsc108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspected engagement in money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other unlawful activity;
• Detected use of automated betting tools, bots, or prohibited software;
• Coordinated bonus abuse or exploitation of pricing errors;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions filed against gsc108 through a payment provider without prior contact with gsc108 support;
• Any other conduct that gsc108 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or to other Members.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within a reasonable period. Where closure follows a breach, gsc108 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending the outcome of any investigation.

gsc108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gsc108 will notify Members via a notice displayed on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on the Member's Account. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the update notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact gsc108 support to initiate Account closure. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which gsc108 holds its international operating licence. For Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling occupies a complex regulatory position under Indonesian law and that you are responsible for determining the legality of your participation under your local jurisdiction.

13.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or disagreement relating to your Account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other matter, you should first contact gsc108 support at [email protected]. All complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and fully investigated within five business days. gsc108 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

13.2 Escalation

If a dispute cannot be resolved through gsc108's internal complaints procedure within 14 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction as stipulated in gsc108's licence conditions. gsc108's decision on all bet settlements is final where a valid game round result has been recorded by the Platform's certified RNG or live dealer system.
